STORING: Your Pecan Shortbread Bars are made to order for you and should be eaten within 4-5 days of purchase for optimal flavor and texture. However, they can be stored in a refrigerator for a few days. Wrap them in plastic before refrigeration.
FREEZING: These bars freeze beautifully! Tightly wrap bars in plastic wrap or seal in an airtight freezer bag. Allow 24 hours for them to freeze completely. Frozen bars are best eaten within 3 months. Thaw them at room temperature before serving, and warm in the microwave, if preferred.
