Enjoy this Ginger Pear Streusel Pie brimming with pears in a flaky, all-butter crust. Each pie contains locally-grown Oregon and Washington pear varieties, like Bartlett, Bosc and Anjou. We add the warm and slightly spiced flavors of ginger powder, candied ginger, house made streusel topping. Then we bake your pie to bubbly perfection! 

REFRIGERATE: Your pie should be refrigerated if not eaten within 24 hours of purchase. Wrap in plastic before refrigeration to maintain freshness. Bring to room temperature before serving, and if desired, reheat slices in the microwave from 45 seconds. 

FREEZE: Tightly wrap the pie in plastic wrap or seal pie in an airtight freezer bag. Allow 24 hours for the pie to freeze completely. Frozen pies are best eaten within 3 months. Thaw in the fridge before serving, and if desired, reheat.
