SEASONAL FLAVORS
Since we do our best to buy as much of our produce as we can from local, organic farms, our menu will vary. Every week we create a menu of 4-5 pies based on the current availabilities of the season. Below are common items you will find on our menus throughout the year. Year round flavors are made with produce that we are generally able to source year-round, however with the current food shortages due to Covid-19, these items can sometimes be temporarily unavailable.
We are consistently coming up with new flavors so please contact us if there is something specific you are looking for and well see if its something that we can make in the pie kitchen.
Year-round flavors:
- Triple Berry (raspberry, blueberry and marionberry)
- Marionberry
- Apple( variations include traditional, dutch, bourbon, and pecan)
- Key Lime with a graham cracker crust, topped with whipped cream R
- Cream Pies (chocolate, peanut butter, banana, coconut rum) R
Spring Flavors:
- Cherry Berry
- Chess Pies (chocolate, lemon, or peanut butter) R
Summer Flavors:
- Summer Crumble (a medley of summer fruits, often includes apples, berries and stone fruits)
- Strawberry/ Blueberry Rhubarb
Mid-summer/Fall Flavors:
- Peach (traditional, crumble top, or bourbon)
- Nectarine (traditional, or crumble top)
- Pear (ginger or bourbon)
- Pumpkin Maple Swirl (pumpkin and maple custards marbled together) R
Winter Flavors:
- Chess Pies (chocolate, lemon, or peanut butter) R
- Pumpkin Maple Swirl (pumpkin and maple custards marbled together) R
- Winter Fruit Crumble (contains winter fruit, often apples, pears, cranberries, ect.)
R- must be kept refrigerated until served
