At Farmhouse Pies we draw from our old fashioned, family pie, bar and cookie recipes, and add our own touches.  For us, they represent the simple pleasures in life: community, family, history, a welcoming place at the table.  We can’t wait to share our baked goods with you!  We love ‘em at room temperature, as is.  But, why not top them with whipped cream, or savor them à la mode? Or, if it’s an apple pie you choose, add a bit of cheddar cheese. Our bakery items are the perfect Thanksgiving, Christmas, or any day of the year, bars! And, if you eat the last one, we won’t tell…

At Farmhouse Pies we strive to source local, in-season ingredients and buy Organic, sustainable produce when available.  Without the use of additives or preservatives, your baked goods will be made with love by one of our fabulous bakers at the Farmhouse Pies Kitchen.  We value our community and our world, so the stewardship of our planet plays an important role in our daily operations.  Whether recycling, sourcing, composting or conserving, we serve you sweet treats with a conscience. 

STORE:  Your PIES and COOKIES are made to order for you and should be eaten within 4-5 days of purchase for optimal flavor and texture. However, they can be stored in a refrigerator for a few days. Wrap them in plastic before refrigeration. Your PIES should be refrigerated if not eaten within 24 hours of purchase. Wrap in plastic before refrigeration to maintain freshness. Bring to room temperature before serving, and if desired, reheat in the oven at 250̊F on a baking sheet for 15 minutes. Leave the pie to cool for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving

FREEZE: Your PIES and COOKIES freeze beautifully!  Tightly wrap bars in plastic wrap or seal in an airtight freezer bag. Allow 24 hours for them to freeze completely. Frozen bars and cookies are best eaten within 3 months. Thaw them at room temperature before serving. PIES should be tightly wrapped in plastic wrap or sealed in an airtight freezer bag.
