STORE: Your PIES and COOKIES are made to order for you and should be eaten within 4-5 days of purchase for optimal flavor and texture. However, they can be stored in a refrigerator for a few days. Wrap them in plastic before refrigeration. Your PIES should be refrigerated if not eaten within 24 hours of purchase. Wrap in plastic before refrigeration to maintain freshness. Bring to room temperature before serving, and if desired, reheat in the oven at 250̊F on a baking sheet for 15 minutes. Leave the pie to cool for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving
FREEZE: Your PIES and COOKIES freeze beautifully! Tightly wrap bars in plastic wrap or seal in an airtight freezer bag. Allow 24 hours for them to freeze completely.
